Meet the Board
Patrick Griffor
President
Pat Griffor is a Co-founder / Principal of Heritage Hill Capital Partners, a fast-growing property management and investment firm. He has over 30 years of insurance, financial and real estate related experience. Pat earned his BA in Math and Economics from Hiram College, graduating with cum laude honors. He is a results-oriented executive with diverse and deep experience, and is known for implementing new organizational structures and building successful teams for multi-million dollar projects that span organizational functions. He brings his vast business experiences and highly energetic, positive approach to tackling tough issues to The Dented Fender team.

On the spiritual front, Pat found the Lord after going through his own spiritual tunnel when his wife of 15 years passed away. Since then, he has served in many capacities as a builder and leader at his church and in other faith-based organizations. He is happily remarried to his beautiful wife, Donna, and has three daughters including his foster daughter. Pat believes in The Dented Fender because of its personal, God-Centered approach to dealing with the tunnels that occur in our lives. He loves that there is a program that can help people successfully navigate to safe ground while having the real hope and love of Jesus as a close companion on the journey.
Lisa Bourgraf
Treasurer
Lisa has long been involved in ministry and spiritual growth. Through the loss of a child and other tragedies, Lisa was often told: “You must be so strong because God doesn’t give you more than you can handle.” Her response was always, “Then I want to be a wimp!” She has since learned that God does not give the strong more challenges, but rather it is through Him that we all can find the strength we need to handle anything that comes in our path. Her foundational scripture is, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13.

Lisa joined The Dented Fender because of her belief that we are all “broken” in some way, often in ways that no one else can see. Knowing the only person we have control over is ourself, she fully supports a program that provides an atmosphere and strategies to help each and every one of us to find ourselves, find our strength, learn to love ourselves and be our best person despite our past or circumstances. “Look inside, be brave, shine boldly and arise.”
